Our factory trained technicians specialise in repairing most makes and models of survey instruments and lasers, using the latest equipment and procedures, in our custom built facility. We have one of the lowest service rates in the country and offer some of the fastest turn-around times. We also have a huge spare parts department, with parts for modern equipment and instruments dating back over 70 years. Trig Instruments has factory trained and qualified service technicians and we are authorised service agents for Nedo, Topcon, Spot-On, Bosch, Stanley, Stabila along with many other popular brands.
Loan Equipment - Free of charge
Regardless of where you purchased your instrument from, where possible, we offer free loan equipment to keep you up and running while your gear is in with us for service.
Calibration Certification
On request we can issue a calibration certificate with your new or repaired equipment to authenticate the accuracy. This is required on many sites now, so just let the sales person or technician know and we will include a certificate at no additional cost.
Shockwatches
On request we can fit your instruments with a Shockwatch. A small vial that turns bright red when the instrument receives an excessive impact. Has your instrument been knocked around and nobody told you? Let our service department know that you would like a Shockwatch fitted. This simple low-cost device could save you from continuing to use your instrument, long after it has been knocked out of adjustment.
