This calibration tester works with almost all pin type moisture meters to simulate an 18% moisture level. Just place the pins on the two test points on the calibration tool and you moisture meter will give a reading. Readings between 17 and 19% are considered normal (18 +/-1%).

Neat little tool

I lost the one that came with my moisture meter, but these are a really neat little tool to quickly check if your meter is calibrated.
