The Protimeter Hammer Electrode is an accessory to connect with your compatible Protimeter moisture meter, to take measurements at depth in wood up to 40mm. The pins are insulated and will take measurements only at the tip of the pin, for more accurate deep timber readings, rather than surface readings which you get from shorter pins. Place the pins against the surface, then using the sliding hammer weight, the pins are driven into the surface. This latest heavy duty design allows easy pin penetration in hardwood floors. This product will connect to most Protimeter pin-type (invasive) moisture meters, including Mini, Surveymaster, Timbermaster and MMS.
